May 2022: Cyanotype Kit
Spring and summer are month's to get outside, and that's exactly what this grounding meditation provides an excuse to do. We'll be creating cyanotype prints using the sun and bits of nature, and then cutting and pasting the prints to create a collaged piece of art.

This September, we are thinking about the cycles and rhythms in our lives. Seasons change. Moods come and go. And there is an overall beat to our days. When we meditate, we invite the chance for the mind to get into its own rhythm, without synching to the commotion outside.With embroidery, the repetition of movement allows us to fall into that continual dance with the now.

January Art Box 2021: Kintsugi
Kintsugi is the Japanese art of unifying broken pieces, literally translating to "golden rejoining." This January, we are bringing together the broken pieces that we may have felt like from 2020, and rejoining to become even stronger and more beautiful, highlighting the cracks and transmuting them into golden light.
December Art Box 2020: Alcohol Inks
This month, the Master Peace community takes on alcohol inks with Instagram artist "Manifest Jess". The class will open with a meditation from life coach and healer Johnny O'Callaghan of Unplug Meditation, and then move into a mindful flow in learning to use vibrant alcohol inks with Jess Kirkman.

Learn how to make your own macramé plant hanger. Ideal for beginners and makes a great Christmas gift! Come and lose yourself in the world of knots at this mindfulness macramé workshop. Try your hand at creating intricate plant hangers in a serene relaxing atmosphere. Creating a macramé product can be very calming to the mind, body, and spirit!
October Art Box: Drawing & Sound Healing
This month's class will start with a cello meditation and sound healing session by The Wong Janice. Then, we will learn how Emanuele makes stunning works of art with his technique using millions of hash marks. Just like the simple vibrations of notes make up the complexity of song and sound, Emanuele will help us to see the simplicity that constructs the intricate. He’ll show us how to draw with full body awareness and he’ll describe how we let our true essence out through our artwork. Of course, we'll foster a state of meditation through total immersion in our artistic process.
September Art Box 2020: Kava & Clay
It's time to get our hands dirty! We're diving into clay and kava in this month's box. First, we'll learn about, make and sip some of the relaxing kava root drink (optional!). Then we'll all learn how to roll, attach, smooth and decorate a beautiful clay creation. This month we're getting tactile: we'll get out of our heads and into our bodies. As we work with elements from the earth, we'll close with a grounding meditation.
August Art Box: Black & White Acrylics
Devin Wesley dives into tips and tricks to create a realistic human eye using black and white acrylic paint. Laurasia Mattingly will close our class with a calming meditation on balance.
